The Family Reunion

I am currently on Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, I should be done with it by tonight.
I've been reading it off and on today, so far I am on page 700 and I just started it this morning. I got SKILLZ!

Tomorrow I'm leaving for a family reunion, with my family (were those last three words necessary?).
Every year we go down to the Oregon coast for the weekend and meet up with family (my mums side). I love being able to just hang out on the beach and talk with my Aunts and Uncles (they are awesome). But I'm also excited to just hang out on the beach and be able to read while a salty breeze is blowing through my hair and the waves are lapping at my feet. Ah, paradise.

On the way down there we are going to stop by one of my mothers childhood-adulthood friends. I can't wait to see them.

Also, I will be seeing one of my friends that lives in Olympia. SInce she lives that far away I don't see her very often, and her birthday was in June. So I haven't given her her birthday present yet. But I will this Thursday! I haven't forgotten.

I gots to go to the library for some extra books to read on the ride down to the coast.
See ya!

  1. Wait, first you read the entire Prisoner of Askaban in a day, then Order of the Phoenix in a day?!?! HOW?!?! I haven't been consistantly reading it, but it's taken me quite a while to read Order of the Phoenix (Daniel just passed me up, grr!).

  2. Well, I stayed up late to finish it. And it was really good so I couldn't put it down. :D
Now I have to wait patiently (but not willingly) for The Halfblood Prince.

  3. Wow. You've got skill. :) I just started the Half-Blood Prince. I've heard that the part with the Inferi is really creepy, so I'm interested to read that part. I've never been creep-ed out by a book before.

Please leave me a comment. It's lonely here in my little cave. (I need friends)
